Ronald F. Brier

Ronald F. Brier, 49, of Newtown, died February 24 in his residence.

Mr Brier was born in New York City, son of Isidore Brier and the late Pearl (Sthal) Brier, and was a graduate of Newtown High School, class of 1969. Mr Brier was a lifelong area resident and a local builder in Connecticut.

He is survived by his father, Isidore Brier of Newtown; his daughters, Sarah Gagliardi and Rachel Brier, both of Meriden; his sister, Deborah Andrews of Southbury; two brothers, Dan Brier of Middlebury and Glenn Brier of Newtown; three grandchildren, Stephen, Emily, and Abigail; and five nieces and one nephew.

Services took place February 27 from The Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home, 88 Beach Road, Fairfield, with interment following at Congregation Agudas Achim Cemetery on Reid Street in Fairfield.
