Mathew Benson & Kathryn Daugherty

Mathew Joseph Benson of Sandy Hook is engaged to Kathryn Lynne Daugherty of Derby.

Mathew is the son of Donna and Jason Benson. He is a 2005 graduate of Newtown High School, and is attending Southern Connecticut State University. He is also a store manager for Men’s Wearhouse.

Kathryn is also a member of Newtown High School’s Class of 2005. She then graduated from the University of Hartford earlier this year. She is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Bridgeport.
