Women’s Network Promotes Personal Leadership Essentials

NORWALK — The Fairfield County Network of Executive Women is presenting a talk by L. Kay Wilson, attorney, coach, and motivational speaker, Wednesday March 4, from 6 to 8:30 pm, at the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center, 99 East Avenue.

Ms Wilson is known to infuse her seminars with salient information, useful and effective techniques, and a lot of humor. Ms Wilson’s talk will cover:

*How to have an effective voice in any meeting, without the baritone baggage.

*How to think through, strategize, and communicate your way to a higher income.

*How to analyze the “sale,” “deal,” or exchange in a way that effectively gets you closer to what you want.

*How to recognize people or situations that drain your power, and neutralize them.

*How to speak up in your own way, in your own voice, for what you want.

*Simple things you can do to get focused, energized, and ignite your career.

*How to get a payoff for the extra shifts you work through flexible schedules.

*Why there is a confidence gap and how you can step right over it.

As an added bonus, FNEW is offering a free dinner to any member or nonmember who brings a new paying guest to the March meeting.

To attend, RSVP to 203-807-0620 by March 2. Mail a reservation check in advance to FNEW, PO Box 262, Westport CT 06881
