Clark Announces Transfer Of Ownership
LINCOLN, MASS. -- Clark Gallery has announced the transfer of ownership from
Meredyth Hyatt Moses to Pamela Clark Cochrane.
Cochrane has been affiliated with the gallery since 1982. A fine-arts graduate
of Wheaton College and native of Lincoln, she is committed to the gallery's
future as a supporter of local artists. Moses will continue as co-director.
"Lin Dunbrack: Textures of Time" and "Rebecca Doughty: Simple Things" will run
concurrently from March 3-26. Dunbrack, who has participated in a number of
group exhibitions at the gallery, creates functional containers of cabinets,
boxes, and mirrors constructed by assembling old wood, architectural elements
and found objects.
Doughty will present her most recent paintings, featuring formed lines and
shapes subtly indicating animals, houses, fruits and trees, and also appearing
to be symbols of some strange alphabet.
Clark Gallery at the Mall at Lincoln Station is open Tuesday through Saturday,
10 am to 5 pm.
