State Representative Mitch Bolinsky is inviting constituents to join him this week for “Coffee & Conversation.”

New laws that went into effect this morning cover everything from an increased age for those allowed to purchase tobacco products to school security and tax relief for certain elderly homeowners, and beyond. State Representative Mitch Bolinsky reminds his constituents of some of the new laws, and how he voted on their acts.

Following a September 19 public hearing, Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) members revised certain zoning regulations on housing density in the Hawleyville Center Design District (HCDD).
