EverWonder Children’s Museum, at 31 Pecks Lane, has announced its calendar for March 2019.

This month, visitors to the museum will celebrate the approach of spring. Visitors will be invited to create their own sheep doily craft.

For those who have ever wondered about the weather, the Blue Science Lab this month will have guests learning about that subject and creating weather wheels.

Story Lab for Young Explorers meets on most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 to 11 am. This 30-minute program of STEM-themed stories, activities, and crafts takes place in the EverWonder classroom. Parents must stay with their children during the program. Program is included with museum admission.

Introduced in February, Science with Ms Sheila will continue this month. It will be held most Friday mornings at 10:30. Ms Sheila, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood and elementary education and a master’s degree in special education, will lead science experiments and discoveries. Parents must stay with their children during the program, which is included with paid admission.

In addition the museum is hosting BEAM, an exhibit that combines light, color, and simple interactive games to deliver a unique social, recreational, and educational experience. The exhibit has been on view since February, and will remain at EverWonder for three years, with the option of adding new agames and imaging as they are developed by its manufacturer.
