Madeline Lillian Jerolmon

Madeline Lillian (Pilotte) Jerolmon, 88, of Newtown, died October 27 at Danbury Hospital, peacefully surrounded by her loving family. She was born in New Haven, June 18, 1925, the daughter of Mary (Sullivan) and George Pilotte. For the past 50 years she resided in Newtown. 

Madeline’s life was her family. She enjoyed participating in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.

Five children and their spouses, Mary and Jim Villamana of Newtown, Kathleen and David Walsh of Marblehead, Mass., Walter and Gloria Jerolmon of Milford, Gary Jerolmon of Bristol, and Robert and Nancy Jerolmon of New Milford; ten grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter survive Mrs Jerolmon. Her husband to whom she was happily married for 46 years, Walter Jerolmon, and two brothers, Joseph and William Pilotte, predeceased her.

Calling hours are at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, from 4:30 to 7:30 pm, Tuesday, October 29. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Wednesday, October 30, at 10 am. Interment will follow at the Newtown Village Cemetery.
