A Difficult Time

To the Editor:

On behalf of my mother, Louise “Be” Gill, my sister Judy Gill Mastrianno, my brother John “JT” Gill, our spouses and children, I wish to thank all who expressed their sympathy and lent their support on the passing of my father, John T. Gill, Sr.

We especially want to thank the Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company for honoring his passing and past service to the department in such a memorable way for our family.

The kindness and support the staff of the Cyrenius H. Booth Library extended to my mother is of great comfort to her and us all. We also with to express our sincerest gratitude to the staff of My Place Restaurant and our extended family of neighbors and friends whose ever-present kindness and support helped us through this difficult time.

Thank you all. He will be greatly missed.
