Jennifer Zulli At Next Working Women's Forum
The Working Women’s Forum, an association of local professionals and entrepreneurs, will feature Jennifer Zulli, speaking about “Spiritual, Emotional and Physical Benefits of Meditation” on January 14.
In addition to an overview of the various types of meditation techniques, the speaker will discuss simple ways of fitting the practice into busy lives. The presentation will conclude with a small group meditation.
Ms Zulli, who holds a master of arts degree, is the founder and director of Sound (Center for Arts and Mindfulness) in Hawleyville. She is an internationally known New Age recording artist and composer, having studied at The Juilliard School, Manhattanville College, and Western Connecticut State University.
The program will be held Wednesday, January 14, at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook. Networking and dinner begin at 6 pm followed by the guest speaker. For reservations, e-mail rsvp@workingwomensforum.net or call WWF President Patricia Marlin at 203-426-7022.
The program and dinner fee is $10 for members and $25 for nonmembers, with a cash bar. The group gratefully accepts canned food, personal health, and beauty items for FAITH Food Pantry.
