Blackwell Joins Scalzo Realty

BETHEL — Century 21 Scalzo Realty has announced that Frances Blackwell has joined its Bethel office as a realtor.

Ms Blackwell, a resident of New Fairfield since 1971, has been a realtor for over 20 years and currently holds her CRS and GRI designations. She has previously served as vice-chairman of RPAC for the Connecticut Association of Realtors, president of the Candlewood Lions Club, director and secretary for the Greater Danbury Board of Realtors and as chairman on the Board of Realtors Community Service Committee. She is currently a member of the Danbury Housing Partnership Committee for Affordable Housing and has special interest in the Amos House where she serves as director and president of the Board.

As a consistent award winning and multimillion-dollar producer, she has gained significant expertise in residential sales, land development, new construction, corporate relocation and residential investment properties.

“I want to help people make one of the most important investment decisions of their lives. It’s both personally rewarding and at the same time an education process for everyone with each and every transaction,” Ms Blackwell said.

“With her extensive background and years of industry experience, Fran is an incredible asset to our company,” said Lesley A. Lovallo, Bethel office manager. “We are very fortunate to have her as a member of the Century 21 Scalzo Realty team.”
