FIRE AND RESCUE CO.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the SandyHook Volunteer Fire and Rescue Co. located in Sandy Hook, CT willallow for public comment through Thursday February 10th, at 7:00pm., via email at sandyhook1@sandyhookfire.org or via phone at203-270-4392 for the purpose of satisfying the public hearingrequirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986,as amended, on a proposal the issuer enter into an agreement tofinance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists ofOne (1) New Aerial & Refinance 2017 Rescue One Heavy RescueTruck on Spartan Chassis; VIN# 4S7AU2D96HC082208 HR 100 fireapparatus and will be maintained at the Sandy Hook Main Station18-20 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, Ct.To finance the costs of suchequipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing,the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement with a maximumaggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,158,738.99. The Issuerwill be required to pay all taxes on the equipment.
