Jesse Wyatt Shortt

Susannah and James Shortt of Sandy Hook announce the birth of a son, Jesse Wyatt Shortt, born January 23, at Danbury Hospital. Jesse’s parents are the owners of Shortt’s Farm and Garden Center on Riverside Road in Sandy Hook.

Jesse weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces at birth and was 19½ inches in length.

He joins a brother, James R. Shortt.

Maternal grandmother is Caryl Stratton of Woodbury, formerly of Newtown.

Paternal grandfather is James H. Shortt of Sandy Hook.
