Workshop On Resolving Conflict

NORWALK — The Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network will sponsor “About Face: Turning Conflict into Consensus,” a professional development workshop on Monday, March 5, from 6 to 9 pm at the Norwalk Inn.

The workshop will teach techniques to help participants understand their personal responses to conflict, quickly determine the mindset of the other person, and handle interactions with diplomacy.

The speaker, Robyn Winters, is president of Winters Consulting Group, a business coach, and a professional speaker, training and development coach. She holds a master’s degree from Wesleyan University and is an adjunct faculty member of Cornell University’s Management Development Program.
