Registration for Newtown Youth Football and Family Cheer (NYF&C) is open for the upcoming 2020 season, according to a March 30 announcement.

“Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, fundraising for our NYF&C league has been brought to a complete stop. Thus, NYF&C asks that families register their athletes as soon as possible.”

The small increase in this year’s registration fee will help make up for the league’s lost revenue. If families have more than one child registering there is a $25 dollar discount for each additional child. Also, please note that if your family is registering for cheer, “50 percent of the fee must be paid on or before May 30 in order to get specific apparel delivered,” the announcement reads. “You can register directly on our website at newtownyouthfootball.org.
