Fundraiser Breakfast A Success

To the Editor:

The annual Newtown Congregational Church/St Rose Workcamp Breakfast was held on March 13. One of the main objectives of this breakfast was to raise funds to help offset the expenses that it will take to send 60 teens and 12 chaperones to Bloomsburg, Penn.

The efforts of Fran Tylucki, Nancy Walrath, Karen Ress, Vicki Truitt, Linda Lysaght, Stacie Tomasko, Donna Tomasko, Rob Raino, Nick Moser, Craig Walrath, Sean Reilly, Matt Cole, Scott Shpunt, Jeff Levasseur, and Dave Marcucilli are much appreciated for soliciting area businesses for donations. Pam Smith, Lisa Cedergren, Margaret Sullivan, Annie Donnely, and Sheena Finlayson did a terrific job of selling raffle tickets.

We are grateful to the following individuals and businesses who donated items. Please keep our local businesses in mind and support them whenever possible.
