Police said that after interviewing her, they arrested Rebecca Carrafiello, 20, of that address, on charges of possession of narcotics, possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carrafiello was released on $100 bail for an April 17 appearance in Danbury Superior Court, police said.

Warrant

After learning that police held a warrant for his arrest, John A. Testani, Jr, 38, of Danbury went to the police station about 1 pm on April 4 and was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, police report.

The charges stem from messages that Testani allegedly left on the victim’s voice mail last September, police said.

After processing, police released Testani on $200 bail for an April 17 court appearance.
