LEGAL NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that theTown of Newtown Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a publichearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 21, 2022 in theCouncil Chambers at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street,Newtown, CT on the following applications:

Application 22.11 by KirstenGray, for a Special Exception Use located at 94 Eden Hill Road,so as to permit the use of the property for the boarding and keepingof horses, as demonstrated by supporting documents submitted to theLand Use Agency April 4, 2022.

Application 22.12 by KirstenGray, for a Special Exception and Site Development Plan, for aproperty located at 94 Eden Hill Road, so as to permit thedevelopment of an Equine Barn and Indoor Riding arena, as shown on aset of plans titled "Site Improvements, 94 Eden Hill Road, Newtown,Connecticut" dated March 3, 2022, and supporting documents submittedto the Land Use Agency April 4, 2022.

Application 22.10 byHawleyville Development LLC, for a Special Exception andamendment to Site Development Plan, originally approved April 1,2004, for a property located at 64 Barnabas Road, to permit theconstruction of a 6,600 sq. foot building with related parking,driveway, septic system, and drainage facility improvements adjacentto an existing commercial building, as shown in a set of planstitled, "Site Development Plans, 64 Barnabas Road, Newtown,Connecticut" dated September 13, 2021, and supporting documentssubmitted to the Land Use Agency March 30, 2022Copies of the above applicationsand related documents are on file and available for publicinspection in the Land Use Department, Newtown Municipal Center, 3Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.If you plan to attend thismeeting and require assisted hearing devices, contact the Office ofthe First Selectman (203-270-4201) at least forty-eight (48) hoursprior to the meeting.Dated at Newtown, Connecticutthis 6th day of April, 2022.
