Contractors interested in providing theStatistical Revaluation Services set forth in the attachedSpecifications are invited to deliver 3 (three) copies of theproposals to the Town of Newtown, in the Newtown Municipal Center,Office of the Finance Director, 3 Primrose St, Newtown, CT 06470

nolater than 2:00 PM, May 10, 2021, at which time and place suchproposals will be opened and read.All proposals shall be sealed,addressed to the Finance Director and marked:

Statistical RevaluationServices"All information pertaining tothe Contractor's technical and management approach to completingthis project, as well as the proposed cost, timetable and staffingplan, shall be presented in the proposal. The proposal mustaddress, at a minimum, each of the issues set forth in the Requestfor Proposals as well as any addendums in order to be consideredresponsive. Any proposal that does not respond to each issue in theRequest for Proposals may be rejected by the Town as non-responsive.The Town reserves the right toreject any and/ or all proposals received if they determine it to bein the best interest of the Town.The Assessor reserves the rightto amend this proposal for the Statistical Revaluation Program forequitable assessments at any time prior to the deadline forsubmission of proposals and to reject any or all proposals receivedif they determine it to be in the best interests of the Town. TheTown is licensed to utilize the eQuality CAMA Software of eQualityValuation Services, LLC of Waterbury, CT. The Town is not lookingto change the existing CAMA software vendor at this time.Contractors will be responsible for securing licensing prior toproposal due date.
