PUBLIC HEARING

The Newtown Water and Sewer

Authority hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on

Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Newtown Public Works, 4 Turkey

Hill Road, Newtown, CT to consider the following:

To set the annual Sewer Benefit

Assessment of $58,222 on the $915,000 Town portion of the 2021-2023

EDA sewer replacement project at Fairfield Hills Municipal Campus.

The assessment will be set to include the principal and the interest

at the Town's interest rate to be payable over 20 years. The only

entity effected is the Town of Newtown.
