Keith Alfred Rivoir died at home in Southbury on April 28. He was born on August 3, 1954, in New Haven, and was the son of Robert H. Rivoir, Sr, and Eleanor Esther (Anderson) Rivoir. Keith grew up in Monroe, graduating from Masuk High School in 1972. He earned a degree in agriculture from the University of Connecticut.

For 32 years, Keith worked for the Town of Easton in the Department of Public Works, rising to the position of Highway Supervisor. He retired in 2011 to work on his farm and to enjoy his favorite outdoor pursuits — hunting and fishing — with his friends in the area.

Keith is survived by a sister, Ellen Rivoir, of Framingham, Mass.; and a brother, Robert H. Rivoir, Jr, of Port Matilda, Penn. He is also survived by three nieces, Anna, Lisa, and Laura; and a nephew, Jolyon.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 4, at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main Street North, Southbury, from 10 am to noon. A brief service will take place at noon, followed by burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Watertown.
