Pregnancy And Infant Massage

A licensed massage therapist, Virginia Weisgerber of Community Health Associates in Newtown, will present a program on “Pregnancy and Infant Massage” on Monday, May 8, at 7:30 pm in the Monsignor Conroy Room at St Rose School on Church Hill Road.

Ms Weisgerber will talk about the benefits of massage to ease labor pain, and to stimulate the nervous and digestive systems of infants. Participants are invited to bring an infant and a warm blanket, or just come and find out what massage can do for pregnant women and infants.

The program is open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
