Credit Card

Police said they charged two local youths May 23 in connection with the illegal use of a stolen Visa credit card to purchase gasoline and cigarettes at a local gas station.

Police said they charged Nicholas Emilio Feola, 18, of 40 Algonquin Trail, Sandy Hook, with theft of a credit card, illegal use of a credit card, receiving goods by illegal use of a credit card, third-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny. Police said they charged Carly M. Ciaccia, 17, of 33 Swamp Road with conspiracy, illegal use of a credit card, and receiving goods by illegal use of a credit card.

The charges stem from purchases made at the Amoco gas station on Church Hill Road, police said.

Both defendants were released on promises to appear June 6 in Danbury Superior Court to answer the charges, police said.

Warrant

Police said that after they informed Brent Roubos, 48, of Wilton that they had a warrant for his arrest, he turned himself in the police station May 23 and was charged with two counts of harassment. Police released Roubos on a $500 bond for a May 24 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
