Newtown High School Marching Band & Color Guard hosted its 50-Family Tag Sale in the NHS cafeteria on Saturday, May 14. Larger items, such as living room and office furniture, were located outside under a large tent.

Student and parent volunteers were seen throughout the event helping with sales and loading items into vehicles.

The annual fundraiser goes to benefit the award-winning marching band and color guard program.

It is such a well-attended event that the tag sale even featured an early bird admission this year where people could go in an hour early for a fee to shop from the large selection of goods.
