LEGAL NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that theTown of Newtown Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a publichearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, June 16, 2022 in theCouncil Chambers at the Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street,Newtown, CT on the following applications:

Application 22.17 by BarthBuilders, for a Text Amendment to §5.05.300 of the ZoningRegulations of the Town of Newtown, to add self-service storagefacility in the M-4 Zone, as described in documents submitted to theLand Use Agency dated received May 19, 2022.
