Lillian             Thomasch

Lillian Thomasch 80, of Manorville, N.Y., beloved wife of the late Edward Thomasch, died on May 26.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Mahoney of Torrington, formerly of Newtown; a son, Richard Thomasch of Manorville, N.Y.; seven grandchildren, including Don Elliott of South Windsor and Krista Elliott Power of Torrington; and seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs Thomasch was born in New York City September 12, 1924, a daughter of the late John and Bronislawa (Kapczynska) Kozinski. She was a graduate of Erasmus High School in Brooklyn, N.Y., and had worked for many years as a US Postal Service employee in Medford, N.Y., until her retirement. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St Rose Church, Newtown, on May 31.

Burial was in Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown.
