Genealogy Club Round Table

The Genealogy Club of Newtown will hold its final meeting of the 2007-08 club year on Wednesday, June 11, at 7 pm, at C.H. Booth Library. The program will feature a member round table discussion. Members will discuss their successes, or a “brick wall” in their research.

The June 11 meeting will also include the election of new officers for the 2008-09 club year. The open positions are Secretary and Program Chair.

The club does not meet in July and August, but will resume in the fall on Wednesday, September 10, for the 2008-09 club year.

Meetings are open to anyone interested in genealogy. Members come from many area towns to share their interest in family history. Refreshments will be served.
