Avid Animal Lover

Marie A. Cains, 73, of West Palm Beach, Fla., died May 25 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach. She was born in the Bronx on October 16, 1934.

Ms Cains will be sadly missed by her daughters, Jacqueline Bibeau and her husband, Albert, of Newtown, and Valerie Moss and her husband, Scott, of Sandy Hook; her son, Dean Cains and his wife, Lalani, of Tampa, Fla.; and her beloved grandchildren, Theresa Bibeau and Caitlin Moss. She will be also be greatly missed by her beloved friend, Robert Pagano of West Palm Beach.

Ms Cains was an avid animal lover throughout her life. She was a very special, compassionate person who touched many lives. Upon her death, she was surrounded by many beloved friends, and her 12-year-old cat, Sassy.

Funeral services were private.
