Newtown Park and Bark, 21 Old Farm Road, will reopen on Wednesday, June 17.

There will be a limit of 20 visitors (humans) at a time in the dog park.

The water features will not be turned on at this time.

There are no public restrooms, so plan accordingly and come prepared with hand sanitizer to keep your paws clean.

All visitors must practice social distancing, and please do not visit the park if you are ill.

Visitors will also need to have a Parking Permit. Visit newtown-ct.gov, Parks and Recreation, to obtain a permit, or call 203-270-4340 to acquire one.

Ambassadors will spot check for numbers of visitors and parking permits.
