Thomas A. Skarzynski, 59, of Monroe, passed away suddenly on June 30, 2019. He was the son of Mary Louise Skarzynski and the late Albert F. Skarzynski of Fairfield.

Tom was the captain of the of the Fairfield Prep Hockey team in 1977-78. He graduated from Fairfield University and worked at United Technologies for 40 years.

He leaves his wife, Liz, of 35 years; his daughters, Isabel and Kelly; and his sister, Anne Wright.

“We love and will miss the Grand Grill Meister, Fixer of All Things, WWE Fan, and a great and generous husband and father.”

The family will hold a private celebration of his life.
