Maria Shana Goldstein

Laura DeVita Goldstein and Daniel DeVita of Sandy Hook announce the birth of a daughter, Maria Shana Goldstein, born July 25, at 6:31 pm, in Danbury Hospital. Maria weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces.

Both of her parents are ob/gyn doctors in the Danbury area.

Maria joins two brothers, Jacob, who is 4½ years old, and Daniel, who is 2½ years old.

Makenzie Grace Del Pozo

Jen and Jon Del Pozo of Woodbury announce the birth of Makenzie Grace Del Pozo, a daughter, born July 24, at Danbury Hospital.

Makenzie weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 19 inches in length.

She joins a sister, 2½-year-old Madison.

Maternal grandmother is Marianne Corbo of Newtown.

Mr and Mrs Nelson Del Pozo of Boca Raton, Fla., are the paternal grandparents.

Maternal great-grandparent is Ann Enke of Danbury.
