To the Editor,

We live on busy Queen Street here in town. One morning last week, I was working at my computer and looked out the front window. A black car stopped right in the middle of the street and a tall young man got out. I was puzzled, but then realized why he had stopped.

He bent over and picked up a turtle and placed it in the grass and saved it from surely being killed by another car. Such a small act, and yet so significant in the kindness it showed. Thank you to the tall young man.
