The offices of The Newtown Bee, like the majority of Newtown, were knocked offline on Tuesday with the arrival of Tropical Storm Isaias.

We are pleased to announce that our office is back online this morning, and staff members have reported to work with a focused effort toward the August 7, 2020 print edition.

Please note this week's newspaper will be printed tomorrow, one day later than tradition. We plan to distribute papers to local vendors and the post office tomorrow afternoon, so local subscribers should see their papers in their mailboxes on Saturday.

This week's Classified ads will be posted on schedule, however. They will be online around 3 this afternoon.
