Cascella Chairs HVCEO

First Selectman Bob Cascella recently took over the chairmanship of the

Housatonic Valley Council of Elected Officials (HVCEO), a regional board made

up of area first selectmen and mayors.

Mr Cascella was elected to the position at the HVCEO's September meeting.

The chairmanship of the HVCEO is done on a rotating basis, with town leaders

taking turns at the helm.

Mr Cascella will chair his first meeting January 10 at the Fairfield County

Hounds in Roxbury.

The HVCEO includes Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield,

New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Sherman.
