The Newtown Republican Town Committee is pleased to announce our support of Dan Rosenthal for Office of First Selectman.

Although he is running as a member of the Serve America Movement and we may not agree on every decision, Dan has governed with conservative principles regarding spending, project management, and reducing debt. Moreover, we appreciate Dan’s collaborative and bipartisan approach and the good communications he has maintained with Republican officials.

We look forward to his reelection. Dan is the right person for the position at this time. Newtown Republicans will work with him to assure his continued success running Newtown and jointly developing an achievable vision for the future.
