The dispatchers working at the Newtown Emergency Communications Center in Town Hall South, 3 Main Street, report the following fire calls and the responders:

Thursday, August 29: 10:34 am, public service, 14 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook responded; 5:27 pm, alarm, 160 South Main Street, Botsford and Hook & Ladder responded.

Friday, August 30: 8:36 am, odor of gas indoors, 6 Richmond Road, Hawleyville and Hook & Ladder responded; 10:01 am, alarm, 29 Church Hill Road, Hook & Ladder and Sandy Hook responded; 3:26 pm, alarm, 5 Saddle Ridge Road, Dodgingtown and Hook & Ladder responded; 4:26 pm, alarm, 1 Beagle Trail, Botsford and Sandy Hook responded; 9:33 pm, motor vehicle accident, near 140 Huntingtown Road, Botsford responded.

Saturday, August 31: 7:34 pm, medical assist, 160 Hanover Road, Hook & Ladder responded.

Sunday, September 1: 8:24 am, alarm, 36 Charter Ridge Drive, Sandy Hook responded; 5:20 pm, motor vehicle accident, Mt Pleasant Road near Hawleyville Road, Hawleyville responded.

Monday, September 2: 1:05 pm, alarm, 225 Berkshire Road, Sandy Hook and Botsford responded; 5:44 pm, odor of gas outdoors, near 7 Main Street, Hook & Ladder responded; 8:18 pm, wires down, near 30 Black Bridge Road, Sandy Hook responded; 8:37 pm, alarm, 9 Arrowhead Lane, Sandy Hook responded.

Tuesday, September 3: 1:02 pm, burning odor outdoors, near 9 Farmery Road, Sandy Hook responded; 1:04 pm, motor vehicle accident, near 65 Church Hill Road, Hook & Ladder responded; 2:28 pm, initial report of a structure fire which was actually a mattress fire, 29 Bears Hill Road, Botsford, Sandy Hook, Hook & Ladder, and Hawleyville responded.

Wednesday, September 4: 2:43 pm, vehicle fire, I-84, Sandy Hook and Hook & Ladder responded; 3:28 pm, wires down, near 8 Eden Hill Road, Dodgingtown responded.
