If you woke up to no power or Wi-Fi, the CH Booth Library on 25 Main Street has fast, free WiFi. The best WiFi signal is in the back parking lot.

The library will put out charging stations and extension cords for power-ups this morning, September 30.

The building will be open for those who need respite beginning at noon until 4 pm, or until the facility reaches capacity.
