Visiting Artist Paul Calle At WCSU

DANBURY — Western CT State University’s art department will host a slide lecture by the painter/illustrator Paul Calle on Monday, October 8, at  am. Mr Calle will discuss his work as part of the university’s masters of fine arts program’s visiting artist series. His work encompasses a range of subjects, from the wind-swept plains of the west to outer space, and even includes historic scenes he has captures on postage stamps for the United States Postal Service.

The lecture will be in White Hall Viewing Room 1, at 181 White Street. The public is welcome, free of charge. Call 837-8486 for additional information.
