Youth Softball Result

The Green Crushers defeated the Bluebirds 21-16 in U6/8 softball action this past week. Jessica Rossomando led the Bluebirds with four runs and an unassisted play at second base. With three hits each by Riley Alesevice, Bridget McCleary, and Aidan Herbstman, they helped to advance Adriana Echavarria and Emily Longo across the plate for two runs each. Strong infield defense by Julia Echavarria at second and Olivia Nikolis at first base helped to dampen potential rallies and made for exciting game.
