Doris Nastasia

Doris (Alberghine) Nastasia, 76, of Bridgeport, a retired nurse’s aide, died on November 1 at Bridgeport Health Care Center.

She is survived by a son, Mark Nastasia and his wife Rebecca of Newtown.

Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Corinne (Fisher) Alberghine, and was a lifelong area resident.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Matthew M. Nastasia, Sr; two other sons, Michael Nastasia and his wife Lynne of Milford, and Matthew Nastasia, Jr, of Bridgeport; a daughter, Corinne (Nastasia) Rallis of Derby; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Matthew.

Funeral services took place on November 3 from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and in St Margaret Shrine Chapel, Bridgeport, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment was in St Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
