Curetivity is hosting a Holiday Festival, December 5, at the Newtown Community Center, 8 Simpson Street, from 6 to 8 pm. The event is focused around kids giving back to kids who will be spending the holiday season at St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The event will offer stations where children can make holiday cards and treats for the patients while having access to carnival games, face painting, and various food and beverages. While the children are partaking in all the fun activities offered, parents will have the chance to bid on exclusive silent auction items, which have been donated from local restaurants, stores, and country clubs.

The Holiday Festival costs $10 per person (with a cap of $40 per family) through early registration at curetivity.com/donate-now. To register online, donate $10 and in the comment section indicate the donation is to go towards registration for the Holiday festival in Newtown.

Tickets will also be available the evening of the event.

Curetivity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to assist in the fight against pediatric cancer. Its mission is to create hope and cure kids by supporting St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Curetivity has raised $25 million for St Jude, ranking the foundation as one of the hospital’s largest non-corporate fundraising partners. St Jude awarded Curetivity with the 2019 Volunteer Group of the Year Award for exhibiting an extraordinary commitment to its lifesaving mission.
