On Wednesday, December 2, the Aquarion Water Company was at work preparing to install a water main that will connect its public water supply system to the site for its planned pumping station at 12 Church Hill Road. Water main installation beneath Church Hill Road there is slated to occur during work shifts running from 7 am to 3 pm on December 3; from 7 pm on December 3 to 5 am on December 4; from 7 am to 3 pm on December 4; and from 7 pm on December 4 to 5 am on December 5. Work will stop on the weekend and then resume at 7 am on Monday, December 7, and continue on the same schedule. Police will be stationed on Church Hill Road during the project to keep traffic flowing through the area during work periods.
