Courtney Anne Elf To Ethan E. Rowe

Mr and Mrs Gary Elf of Sandy Hook are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Anne Elf, to Ethan Edward Rowe, son of William and Judith Rowe of South Hero, Vt.

Miss Elf, who graduated from Newtown High School in 1996, attended Bates College in Lewiston, Me. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of arts in music composition in May, when she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Society. She is currently attending Boston University School for the Arts to attain her master of arts degree.

Mr Rowe graduated in 1994 from South Burlington High School in Burlington, Vt. He attended Bates College in Lewiston, Me., graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in computer music in 1998. He is also a fellow member of Phi Beta Kappa Society. He is currently employed as a software engineer at Neteos, Inc., of Waltham, Mass.

A summer 2002 wedding is planned.
