To NHS Softball

To the Editor:

I would like to congratulate the Newtown High School Softball Team on a fantastic season. Though they did not win the state championship, their 26-1 record was a new threshold for the softball program at Newtown High School.

It was exciting to watch the progression of the team throughout the season, and I wish all the seniors the best of luck in their collegiate careers. I hope next season brings the same amount of excitement to the ball field!
