ULSTER COUNTY DEALERS MEET, ANNOUNCE NEW BROCHURE w/1 cut

avv/lsb set 3/16 #692397

HURLEY, N.Y. — The Antiques Dealers Association (ADA) of Ulster County met at the Hurley Reform Church February 28. Large turnout at the last two meetings forced the association to move the meeting from Van Deusen House Antiques in Hurley to the church hall.

The main event of the meeting was for members to pick up the group’s new 2007 antiques brochure, which was redesigned for easy reading and includes a new map indicating the location of all member dealers.

The brochure boasts 37 antiques dealers with a short explanation of what each shop carries. The brochures for the 33-year-old organization are distributed in tourist information booths on the New York Sate Thruway, Route 87, through the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce, and at antiques shows in which members participate.

For a free copy of the ADA of Ulster County brochure, write to Antiques Dealers Association of  Ulster County, PO Box 246, Hurley, NY 12442, or call Iris and Jonathan Oseas at 845-331-8852.

The association would like to thank Dogar Marinsco from Old Brick House Antiques in Kerhonkson for designing and helping to publish the brochure.
