Where’s Newtown’s Stimulus?

To the Editor:

I found it interesting that our high school didn’t merit something on the huge stimulus list at the website www.stimuluswatch.org.

Not that I am up-to-speed on all this spend, spend, spend. But surprised. And it makes me wonder, “Who’s asleep at the wheel?”  Why isn’t Newtown represented in any way on this massive list?

The difference between what was bid and what we voted for could have been covered here in some way.  Or am I missing something?  Sure seems like somebody is out to lunch.
