HHH Builds More Homes
DANBURY â The Rev Ann Beams of Newtown, president of Housatonic Habitat for Humanity (HHH), and Danbury Mayor Gene Eriquez will be the guest speakers at the dedication of the latest HHH project on Saturday, May 12, at 10:30 am on Rowan Street.
The project consists of four homes: a single-family home and a triplex next door.
The public is invited to attend to learn more about Habitatâs work and to pick up literature about volunteering with the organization or acquiring a Habitat home. HHH has completed five homes in the greater Danbury area including two on Philo Curtis Road in Sandy Hook. Habitat for Humanity International has built more than 100,000 homes, housing more than 500,000 people, since its founding 25 years ago.Â
