Opening Night For Town Hall Drive-In Was A Real 'Scream'
Edmond Town Hall offered a screening of Scream as the first movie of its 2026 Summer Drive-In season.
Dozens of guests of all ages piled into vehicles of all sizes to catch the 1996 film that introduced moviegoers to Sidney Prescott and Ghostface. Screenings begin at dusk, but the parking lot at 45 Main Street opens 90 minutes earlier to allow for tailgating and picnics.
The 2026 Edmond Town Hall Drive-In series will continue this weekend with Nightmare on Elm Street on Friday, June 26. Our print and online calendars have listings through the end of the season; screenings are planned for most Fridays to September 11.
Admission is $20 per carload. A drive-in credit is issued for a future movie or event if a cancellation is required. Cancellations are posted by 6 pm each drive-in night.
Reservations and additional information are available at edmondtownhall.org.
