Coldwell Banker Offices To Form Regional Office
FAIRFIELD â The Fairfield and Monroe offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Connecticut/Westchester are merging to form the Greater Fairfield Regional Office. The Monroe agents will be joining the Fairfield office, located at 1700 Post Road in Fairfield, as of May 9. The office will serve all of northern Fairfield County including Newtown, Easton, Fairfield, Huntington, Monroe, Southport, Stratford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport and the Valley.

The Greater Fairfield Regional Office is a member of three multiple listing services: Connecticut MLS, New Haven MLS and Valley MLS.

Amy Arnheim is a 12-year veteran of real estate. She has been managing the Fairfield office of Coldwell Banker since 1997, and managing the Monroe office since it became a part of Coldwell Banker in 1999, when Coldwell Banker associated with Tom Brennan Real Estate.
