‘Pygmalion’ Will Be Subject Of Thursday’s Book Discussion

By Dottie Evans

After a month’s hiatus in February while one half of the Booth Library’s dynamic book discussion duo traveled south, the series resumes on Thursday, March 11, at 7:30 pm in the Special Collections Room (Third Floor).

Presenters Liz Arneth and Gordon Williams will be discussing the play Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw, and they welcome anyone who cares to join the group.

Multiple copies of Pygmalion are available at the Booth Library Circulation Desk.

This will be the third in the four-part book discussion series titled “A Light-Hearted Look At Life,” which sets out to disprove the premise that “Great Literature is Boring.” The fourth and last discussion will take place in April, and the subject will be As You Like It by William Shakespeare.

Any questions, please call the library at 426-4533.
