Jennifer Dwyer and Christopher W. McEwen are engaged to be married this month.
Jennifer and Christopher currently live in Atlanta, Ga.; Jennifer and her family are former Newtown residents.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Nea and Mike Dwyer of Sarasota Fla., and Canton, Ga. She is a 1997 graduate of Milton High School. She then earned a degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a master of arts from the University of New Orleans.
She is the managing director of Kenny Leonâs True Colors Theatre Company.
Christopher is a 1993 graduate of St James School in Montgomery, Ala., and a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a configuration analyst for Meditech, Inc, a medical software company.
He is a son of James A. and Olivia W. McEwen of Montgomery, Ala.
